Guests are reminded that they are visiting an ecologically sensitive area that does not require any human interaction.  Accordingly, the chopping down of trees or bushes or any pats thereof is strictly prohibited.  The collection of any wood lying in the veld is also strictly prohibited.  Any contravention of the above will lead to the immediate eviction of the guest. The use of or discharge of any firearms, catapull’s or any other weapon is strictly prohibited.  Should any guest contravene this provision, such guest will be asked to leave the reserve immediately.  The owner and management reserve the right to lay the appropriate criminal charge with the SAPS.

RIGHT OF EVICTION
The owner and management reserve the right to ask any guest to vacate the reserve immediately if such guest contravenes any of the terms and conditions attached to the period of stay in the reserve and the rules of the reserve.

USE OF RESERVE – ROADS
The use of any recreational motorized vehicles (motor cycle, quad bikes) is strictly prohibited on the reserve.  Any contravention of this rule will result in the immediate eviction of the guest from the reserve. 
Speed restriction within the reserve is 20kph
All rules applicable to the use of the roads within the reserve must be strictly adhered to at all times.

THEFT/LOSS OF POSSESSIONS
Guest is responsible for ensuring the safety of all their personal possessions.  The owner and management of the reserve do not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss of personal possessions way of theft or any other means whatsoever.
