Payments:
· 50% deposit payable within 24 hours to secure your booking.
· Fax proof of payment to 086 647 1514.
· Outstanding balance payable before arrival.
· No credit card or other card facilities are available at the resort.
· No cheques will be accepted.
· Only cash / internet transfers / bank deposits accepted as payment.
· Please use booking number as reference with payments / queries.
· No refunds or transfers will be considered for late or early departures.

· Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded ( less 10% handing fee ) or transferred, is done so in writing, thereafter
..refunds or transfers will only be made if the unit has been relet.

Day and overnight visitors:
· A visitors fee is payable for every person entering the resort.
· It is not allowed for guests to invite friends to visit them in the resort for whatever short time without permission from management
..and before the due payments are made.
· All visitors must report to the office on arrival and before visiting and use of the facilities can commence.
· The same rule apply to any day and overnight guests.
· Please adhere very strictly to this rule in order to avoid any possible conflicts and embarrassments.
